Low Protein Crepes

INGREDIENT AMOUNT(g)
Balance Low Protein Flour 250
Melted Butter 3 tbsp
Maple Syrup 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tbsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tbsp
Lemon Zest 1/4 tbsp

 

Method:

  • Add Balance Low Protein Flour, sugar, lemon zest, baking soda & salt and mix well
  • Separately make a mixture of melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla & lemon juice
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate this batter for 2hours
  • On a medium heated skillet, pour 1/4th cup of the batter to make a thin crepe
  • Cook in low flame for another minute after carefully flipping it over

Garnish with your favorite fruits!
