Method:
- Add Balance Low Protein Flour, sugar, lemon zest, baking soda & salt and mix well
- Separately make a mixture of melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla & lemon juice
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate this batter for 2hours
- On a medium heated skillet, pour 1/4th cup of the batter to make a thin crepe
- Cook in low flame for another minute after carefully flipping it over
Garnish with your favorite fruits!
