Ingredients Quantity
Low Protein Flour 250 g
Powdered sugar 200 g
Banana 800 g
Water 500 ml
Cardamom powder 2-3 tsp



  • In a large bowl add Low Protein Flour, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and water
  • Stir to make a smooth mixture
  • Cut bananas into quarters (about 2 in. long)
  • Dip each banana piece into batter to coat
  • Deep fry the bananas two or three at a time, until golden brown
  • Drain on paper towels, sprinkle the sugar powder
  • Crispy banana fritters are be ready to be served
