Low Protein Flour Bottle Gourd Instant Dosa-Pristine Balance Metanutrition
Ingredients Quantity
Low Protein Flour 100 g
Water 400 ml
Bottle gourd (grated) 150 g
Ghee / Oil 2-3 tsp
Cooking soda ½ tsp
Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Add measured amount of flour, water, chopped bottle gourd, pinch of cooking soda and salt to a large bowl
  • Mix until a smooth lump-free batter is formed
  • Spread ghee or oil on a tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread gently
  • Sprinkle the finely chopped tomatoes on the surface of dosa
  • Add ghee or oil around dosa, roast well
  • Lift the dosa from the tawa
  • Serve with onion chutney, tomato chutney or vegetable curry (avoid pulses, soya, peas, dal and sprouted pulses)
