Low Protein Flour | 100 g |
Water | 400 ml |
Bottle gourd (grated) | 150 g |
Ghee / Oil | 2-3 tsp |
Cooking soda | ½ tsp |
Salt to taste |
Method:
- Add measured amount of flour, water, chopped bottle gourd, pinch of cooking soda and salt to a large bowl
- Mix until a smooth lump-free batter is formed
- Spread ghee or oil on a tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread gently
- Sprinkle the finely chopped tomatoes on the surface of dosa
- Add ghee or oil around dosa, roast well
- Lift the dosa from the tawa
- Serve with onion chutney, tomato chutney or vegetable curry (avoid pulses, soya, peas, dal and sprouted pulses)
