Low Protein Flour Cake

Low Protein Four-Cake-Balance Metanutrition
Ingredients Quantity
Low Protein Flour 500 g
Jaggery 300 g
Butter 500 g
Baking powder 10 g
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Clove 2-3



  • Grind the jaggery in a blender to make a powder
  • In a large bowl mix together Low Protein Flour, jaggery powder, butter, baking powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder and clove
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking tray
  • Bake for around 20 minutes at 180°c temperature
