Low Protein Flour Masala Cubes-Pristine Balance Metanutrition
Ingredients Quantity
Low Protein Flour 150 g
Water 550 ml
Onion (chopped) 70 g
Green chilies ( chopped) 1-2
Curry leaves 8-10
Cumin/jeera 1/2  tsp
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt to taste



  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and add the cumin
  • Add chopped onion, green chilies and curry leaves, fry it for a minute until fragrant
  • Pour in the water, season with salt and bring to a boil
  • Slowly add Low Protein Flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps
  • Cover and cook over a medium-low flame for 3-5 minutes or until the flour is cooked through
  • Meantime grease a plate or tray with ghee
  • Pour the contents of the pan onto the greased dish, and level the surface with the back of a greased spoon
  • Let it cool before cutting into desired shapes using a knife, Serve hot
