Low Protein Flour | 125 g |
Water | 75 ml |
Cumin/jeera | 1 tsp |
Curry leaves | 6-8 |
Red chili powder | 2-3 tsp |
Hot oil | 2-3 tbsp |

Method:
- In a bowl take Low Protein Flour, jeera, red chili powder, salt and curry leaves
- Pour 2-4 tbsp of hot oil and mix well, adding hot oil is important to get crispy rings
- Add water little by little and prepare a soft but stiff dough
- Take a small marble-sized ball of dough and roll it using palms, next bring the edges together, seal it and make a ring
- Heat the oil and deep fry the rings in batches on a medium flame till golden brown and crisp
- Drain off on to a kitchen paper to remove excess oil and serve
