Ingredients Quantity
Low Protein Flour 50 g
Jaggery 250 g
Sweet potato 400 g
Water 200 ml
Cardamom powder 1-2 tsp

 

Method:

  • Boil and mash sweet potatoes and keep aside
  • In a pan mix jaggery, water and a pinch of cardamom
  • Bring to a boil until jaggery is completely dissolved
  • Add the mashed sweet potatoes and Low Protein Flour to the jaggery water and stir (or blend) till there are no lumps
  • Sweet potato weaning food is ready to be served
